Meet Amanda T...
I was born and raised in Sweden and my Mum could well be described as a bit of a ‘Nordic bohemian’. She never wore any makeup or owned any beauty products and I always remember being fascinated by my friends’ mother’s dressing tables and bathrooms cabinets. It was a club I was desperate to join from an early age and a world that I could not wait to open for me. After 12 years working in the beauty industry, I am part of the best club in the world and being a hair and makeup artist is my biggest passion (next to my son and hubby off course).
My favourite thing about working in the wedding industry is seeing a dream become a reality. Watching the amazing relationships between women on a wedding morning. Witnessing that special moment when a father sees his little girl in a wedding dress for the first time. I feel truly privileged to be a part of my brides’ big day.
My favourite item in my kit is my Charlotte Tilbury lightweight foundation mixed with MAC strobe cream because I LOVE to create natural and radiant skin. Other makeup brands I rate highly are NARS, Bobbi Brown and Laura Mercier.
